Shipping policy

Processing time for orders can generally take 3-5 business days with shipping time being 2-3business days. Once everything is shipped off, we will be sure to send off the tracking number. 

Order Cancellation: All customers have up to 24 hours to cancel their order. Each cancelled order will be fully refunded. After 24 hours you will not be allowed to cancel your order, and you will not be able to receive a refund. 

Preorders: The Lebron Minks customized lashes must be pre ordered. If an item is pre ordered, it will take up to 5-12 business days and shipping time will take 2-3 business days. Please order 2 weeks in advance if you want your lashes for a special occasion.
